XTeriaz was created to solve one of the biggest problems homeowners face during roof replacement: not knowing what a roof should actually cost before speaking with contractors.

Most roofing estimates bundle materials, labor, waste, and markup into a single number with little transparency. XTeriaz exists to change that.

We provide independent, GPS verified roof measurements and material cost clarity so homeowners can enter contractor conversations informed, confident, and in control.

XTeriaz is not a roofing contractor. We do not install roofs, refer contractors, or accept commissions. Our only role is to give homeowners accurate information before they commit to a contract.
